    Delivery of adult-use marijuana or marijuana products by a delivery-only licensee or a Marijuana Establishment with a delivery endorsement is geographically limited to the municipality identified as the Marijuana Establishment licensee’s place of business; any municipality which allows for retail sales within its borders whether or not a retailer is operational; or any municipality which, after receiving notice from the Commission, has notified the Commission that delivery may operate within its borders. Only entities that have completed the specific application process and secured a delivery license from the Commission will be permitted to deliver.

    Shine Delivery LLC plans to operate in-between the hours of 8am-9pm Monday-Sunday which is what the Cannabis Control Commission allows.

    If you are over 21 years old, you may possess up to one ounce of marijuana on your person, except that not more than five grams of marijuana may be in the form of marijuana concentrate. In your home, you may possess up to 10 ounces of marijuana and any marijuana produced by plants cultivated on the premises. Any amount of marijuana or marijuana products over one ounce kept within your place of residence must be secured by a lock.  Failure to keep marijuana and marijuana products in excess of one ounce locked up within the home may be punished by a civil penalty of up to $100 and forfeiture of the marijuana.     Shine Delivery is a Start Up Social Equity business, owned and operated by Local Massachusetts natives without any outside investors. We are Delivery Company dedicated to providing Cannabis Products to Consumers in a environmentally friendly and sustainable way. We are currently looking to hire Delivery Courier Drivers to transport Apotho Therapeutics products to customers throughout Massachusetts from the Dispensary. The successful candidate(s) will be motivated, customer-focused, reliable team player to deliver client orders.

    Job Description:

    Ensure the safe and secure delivery of Apotho Therapeutics products using the company delivery vehicle to our customers requesting home delivery. Adhere to all required regulations for the transport and delivery of marijuana products as directed by the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission.

    Responsibilities:

    Makes secure/monitored deliveries from our facilities to Customer Residences customer locations including state authorized laboratories;
    Ensures safety practices are used when driving Shine Delivery company vehicles;
    Must be a responsible driver at all times which includes no cell phone use while driving;
    Must always have your registration as an Delivery Courier agent with you when working and/or in our facilities;
    Provides prompt, secure and professional services;
    Become familiar with METRC and other POS Services to understand the delivery Manifest;
    Maintain proper record keeping for each delivery with multiple manifests and secure signatures to complete the delivery record.

    Safe and secure handling of customer received payment during deliveries;

    Inspects Shine Delivery vehicles before deliveries ensuring vehicle is safe for deliveries;
    Ensure valid inspection sticker and vehicle registration paperwork is up to date and in delivery vehicles;
    To fully participate in any trainings required by the Cannabis Control Commission and/or Shine Delivery LLC
    Openly communicate any issues with the supervisor/manager;
    Perform and participate in additional projects and priorities as needed.

    Qualifications:
    Must be 21 years old and able to pass a comprehensive background check and possess a clean driving record;
    Valid Massachusetts driver’s license is required;
    High school diploma or GED;
    Must be dependable, professional and confident and be able to follow instructions and respond to management direction;
    Must have reliable transportation to and from work;
    Ability to be trustworthy and maintain confidential information;
    Ability to work under the pressure of constant and changing deadlines.
